Short-term apartment rental

1st Belgrade Apartment is located in Belgrade, in the Vračar area, on Golsvordijeva Street, on the first floor of a building with classic salon-style apartments (ceiling height 3.2 m), and has a total area of 30 sqm.

A parking space is available for an additional fee, and reservation of the space is required.

Guests have at their disposal a fully equipped, perfectly clean, and comfortable apartment with a bathroom, kitchen, and living/sleeping area. The apartment features a king-size bed.

Guests are provided with towels, toiletries, soap, shower gel, a hairdryer, a washing machine, bed linen, additional blankets, a seating set, a work desk (on request), a TV with cable channels, Wi-Fi (up to 100 Mbps), air conditioning, a Norwegian-style radiator, a dining area with a bar, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a two-burner stove, a refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, and more.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Upon the guest’s request, earlier check-in or later check-out can be arranged, subject to availability for the selected dates.

1st Belgrade Apartment is equipped both for relaxation and enjoyment, as well as for remote work, and its location is perfect whether you are visiting for business or tourism.
